Exchange (lay)
Back a selection at a bookmaker and lay the same selection at an exchange. The lay stake is set so the overall result is the same whichever bet wins: lay stake = back amount ÷ (lay odds − commission), where the back amount depends on the offer.
Qualifying bet: your own stake, usually a small loss. Free bet SNR: the free stake isn't returned with a win, the usual kind. Free bet SR: it is. Refund: money back if the bet loses; a free-bet refund is valued at the percentage you enter, which is an assumption.
